To commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the Colorado National Guard, the 140th Wing painted a tail flash on USAF F-16C block 30 #86-0345. The flash was designed by Visual Information Coordinator, U.S. Army MSgt. Dave Schmidt and painted by 140th Wing maintainers, USAF MSgt. Jim Riser and TSgt. Phil Kistler.
